I used to run recently a Web Hosting service under the name of WebHostingForest, which I stopped due to the number of spam and the number of scams that was done under that name (Sample). I will probably restart that Web Hosting adventure again after about 3 months (June) with a securer and more professional basis. Anyway, I used to host my hosting (If you don”t have a data centre, you host your Hosting service under another bigger host) at KVCHosting.com.I started with them with a simple Unlimited C Web Hosting to host the site webraccommunity.com (Talking about RentACoder users), then got the idea of Reselling their hosting packages, what drive me to purchase a Reseller Hosting.
There I started my first hosting service for free, I was offering free Web hosting, and monetizing that with ads on THE site, not clients web sites. It was almost interesting but not a real business as the best revenue I got was about 150$ per month only from ads, And wasn’t enough if we think about the WHMCS Licence, the domain name, the reseller package and some others taxes !
Anyway, I ended that but kept my free clients on the server at same time. Since that time, I started my InterZine.net Paid hosting service (recently changed to webhostingforest.com) and got about 70 clients (Which is very good number for less that 1 year !) and they were extremely happy ! That service wasn’t a reseller, but a VPS, Virtual Private Server, which allow to get more than needed options 
They offer 8 Free dedicated IP (2 of them for setting up name servers to which client domains should be pointed), some free advertising coupons and a lot of free options like Cpanel, WHM and Fantastico included (for about 69$ monthly, most other hosts offer that configuration for about 90$ or more !).
It was a very good experience, since I’ve got only 1 downtime (for 2 minutes) and a very good speed for the web site. I also have something better to tell you about which is that KVC is the easiest way to get a domain name ! Some steps to fill up with your details, a simple checkout invoice to pay and that”s done ! Most other domain name registrar will take about 30 minutes at least to finish with their questions, KVC, 30 seconds.
For the support, that”s the best, even better than the support that I”ve used to give on my hosting service. They have someone named Prasad who was always helping me with a response delay of 15 minutes/2 Hours maximum. They are really professional on this domain.
KVCHosting is based on US, with a large Data centre (from the pictures on their website), on 2008. I joined them as a client from beginning of 2009 and I’m now a good friend to one of their administration stuff. I really like their services and must say that they helped me on things that NO other hosts would like to do ! Most things you have to choose KVCHosting for are Reliability, Support and the Cheap prices, cause you will really get more that what you paid fore !
