In fact, I will try to explain the hard way and the easy way, the professional way and the beginner way.
Let’s Start by the easiest way, Internet Download Manager, which is a powerful program used to accelerate and help managing downloads from Internet. But, is that all ? Certainly not ! Internet Download Manager putt a big bottom over each video you are playing. How do that happen ? Just consider it a Chris Angel trick 
On a Facebook or Youtube video you can see clearly the big blue bottom saying “Télécharger ce fichier vidéo” (French) which means “Download this video file” in English. Once you click on it, you will see a download window showing the file name and asking you the confirm downloading it.
This action, also considered as a tip, may be used on every website which provide videos online. Some of them are a little smart and put a separated ad on beginning of the video so that when you try to download the video, It will only download the ad, never the wanted video 
The hardest way will be also an easy part but it’s just hard in comparison with the other one. As you may be already know it, the main extensions used on the web to publish videos are .avi and .flv. Based on that knowledge, we will do a little search on the source code of that page for the words “.flv, .avi”, and once found, copy the link where you found that searched word and paste in on your browser URL space. Try to read a little before copying the link as it may contain the title, and at same time it may be an ad from the page, cause a page may contain an unlimited number of videos. Once you copy/paste that link on your browser URL, just click on “Enter/Ok” bottom and the download process will just start !
